Hey beautiful person!

I'm Shireen, an open minded, young woman, needing a break from my (start up) life in Munich. Thats why my next adventure will lead me to Canada. It will be a combination of 10 days traveling with my best friend Alisa and one week of visiting my dads family in Toronto (with Pakistani background) which I only met once in my life. I love staying with locals to make new friends, getting to know the country and culture better and having a good time together.

ABOUT ME

I'm a young, outgoing and very friendly person who loves to travel, get to know different cultures and make friends all around the world.

In 2010 I went vegan becauase I don't want to support our sick system and horrible industry of mass production anymore. Since then I follow a plantbased lifestyle, which also led to changing other areas of my life, consumption in general and so on.
My biggest passion is food and my love towards nature & especially animals. Thats why I'm trying to to my best every day to improve their lives / reduce their sufferings. That's why I work in the area of sustainability, better said healthy and sustainable food; since 2019 I'm self employed and since then different projects / start-ups I commit myself to.

Interessen

I love to travel, get to know different cultures and people. It makes me happy to visit new places and share my experiences with friends.

I have some routines that I follow regularly: yoga, meditation, reading, writing and good food. Besides that, I'm quite active regarding sports, going for a run or hike, practicing my first Kite Surfing jump and so on. I just participated in my first triathlon (a little one) and am really proud that I made it. :)

I enjoy deep talk about life and self growth topics, but I`m also up for jokes and light conversations.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I just love books and try to read at least one book a month. When I was in India, I really enjoyed reading "a fine balance". At the moment I am reading a book about introverts and extroverts because I sense that I am actually more introvert than I always thought.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Climed a volcano in Lombok (Indonesia), with a group of great people. Spend a freezing night there sleeping in a tent, waking up before sunrise and having an amazing view over the volcano. On the way down it started to rain and we were jumping in the puddles and having the best time of our lives.

Ten years ago I changed my diet to live vegan.

I like to inform everyone who wants to know more about it, but I respect everyones opinion and don't try to change them. I try to inspire, so I love cooking and showing that the plantpased cuisine is all you need ;)

ALISA - my best friend

I will travel Canada with my best friend Alisa. We met 13 years ago and since aprox. 8 years we are very close, sharing thoughts, laughter and tears, everything. Alisa is an intelectual person with whom you can have great political discussions. She works in the area of education and engages herself for social justice. She rarely eats meat and is also into delicious food. Maybe we can cook a nice meal for you or invite you to a nice restaurant?
We are both very well behaved, friendly, generous and clean.
