Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing for two main reasons:
1.To broaden my horizons and experience local culture. As a travel enthusiast, I want to deeply understand the customs and traditions of each place, rather than just browsing through tourist attractions. Couchsurfing allows me the chance to directly interact with locals and experience their lifestyle firsthand.
2.To meet like-minded new friends. Through the Couchsurfing platform, I can connect with travelers and locals from all over the world. Everyone shares life experiences with an open and curious mindset, creating interesting cross-cultural connections.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once participated in a volunteer project where I helped build a school in a remote village. Although the conditions were harsh, I formed deep friendships with the locals and experienced their way of life. This experience made me realize the importance of education and taught me to cherish every opportunity to travel. I hope to share this experience with my hosts, along with the many valuable life lessons I've learned during my travels.
