I'm currently in Europe for 3 months, and unfortunately work limits my travelling to only weekends. But over the weekends, I want to travel extensively, meet new people, share experiences and learn about places from the locals, who can be better guides than most forums, websites or pages.
Since this app limits the no of hobbies you can put in the Interests section, I'll go wild about that bit here. I love sports, watching and playing them. I have also been writing about tennis for a while now. But I'm equally into NBA, football and cricket (I'm from India, after all!).
20th century history and politics fascinate me and I'm always looking to learn more from people's experiences about them. Europe offers me a chance to do that more than almost any other place, given the convoluted history this continent has had, more so, over the past 100 years.
Except techno and EDM, I'm into all sorts of music but classic rock is where the heart is. My interest in books is what led to my fascination with history and politics so I do read a lot although now, my fiction reading is limited by non fiction options and time.
I'm from India and while Indian food is amazing, I unfortunately stick out like a sore thumb who cannot cook. Moreover being vegetarian, local food is one thing I can't explore at most places in Europe. Yet, if you could suggest me local veg dishes that aren't salads, I'll be tremendously grateful!
