I am an architect from Nepal. I have always been fascinated with architecture but whenever I went to explore buildings, I met these amazing people with amazing stories and cultures which defined the spaces around them. I am an amazing listener and a sucker for stories and histories. I can be quiet and shy the first time you meet me, but if we have common interests, I can be very chatty. Recently I moved to Germany to do my Master's in city planning. I am amazed by the differences and familiarities of the cities i visit.

I was hesitant about using couchsurfing before, but after hanging out with few of my couch surfing friends, it changed my perspective. They assured me that CS is a great way to socialise and learn about new culture and country. I was able to show my CS friends, places and made them try local cuisines which they wouldn't have been able to, otherwise. Since I am an architect and know about the histories and cultures of my place, I felt happy while sharing my knowledge with them. I hope to learn more about different culture and people and see and walk through the cities like a local with a local. :)
