I thought it was time to leave all the 'open minded, sociable, with a good sense of humour' bla bla bla behind and say that if you can handle my sarcasm we will get along great :)) I love getting to know new people all over the world, so when I'm old, I would get to tell my grandchildren stories about their grandma awesome travels and experiences!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to host more, so it will depend on me and my boyfriend’s day by day plans and mood for socialising if we accept some awesome travelers in our crib. Meanwhile, I try to Couchsurf when I go abroad, if the situation arises. I would like for this to happen more too! :D

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met so many interesting people so far! With some of them i still keep in touch, with others i am sure that talking again would be like no time has passed. Couchsurfing kind of changed my life and my perspective about traveling. It is one of the most amazing things you get to experience while being on the road. Too bad some people here don't understand the concept and spirit of it and try to turn it in a different tool.

Interests

At some point it was Climbing, climbing, climbing ... at the gym or outside! Discovered this in 2013 and i fell in love with it. In most of my free time this is what I did when I was not traveling. Met a lot of people this way and got to see a lot of new places! (buuut haven’t climbed in a few years).
I am all into foosball now 🙈 and even got a table at home, so if you’re into that, can’t wait to see what game you’ve got.
I also like discovering new places in my town, my country or around the world.
Doing new things that 'feed' my adrenaline rush. Always looking for doing something for the first time and I have some on my 'bucket' list

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Tasted a little bit of every European country flavor. Made it happen till I was 30.

Boat trip along the coast of Montenegro
Cliff jumping and DWS in Bulgaria
Went to the Estonian Song Festival 2014 in Tallinn
Went to the Adventure park in Siguldas with my host from Latvia
Spent the New Years Eve on Charles Bridge in Prague
16 days road trip in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia
Hitchhiked for the first time in Portugal
Boat ride on Eufrat river (Turkey) on my birthday
Danced in the Grand Place at the Zumba festival in Brussels
Rock climbed boulders for the first time in Magic Wood, Switzerland
Bike ride on the shores of Loch Lomond in Scotland
Motorbike rides in Malta with my host
Night car ride in London with my host
Seeing a CL final in a pub in London
Boat ride on the canals of Amsterdam and swinging in the highest European swing over the edge
Went on a day tour, night tour, beer tasting tour and bars tour in Bruges with my host
Walked about 30 km of the French Riviera with my sister
Had a night train ride in Ukraine
Attended Woodstock festival in Poland and almost missed my flight back home (oh, well)
Had a tour with the Ocean Bus in Stockholm (www.oceanbus.se)
Visited Iceland and spent my birthday at the Blue Lagoon.
Met the monkeys of Gibraltar
Partied Friday in Lithuania and Saturday in Belarus
Made so many friends in Kosovo
Walked, kayaked, motorcycled Jersey island
Took a helicopter ride in Faroe Islands
Hiked in the Georgian mountains
Participated in a Hash House Harriers Baku gathering
Took a hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia on my 30th birthday
Participated at the Table Soccer World Cup in 2022, having for the first time a Romanian women team
Went to Wacken Open Air 22 and got lost between 80000 metal heads

Top of the Rock, New York! - best feeling ever being on top of New York. Just a dream come true!
Visited Jordan - Petra, one of the wonders of the world and the Wadi Rum desert.
Surfed for the first time in Sri Lanka.
Snorkled in the Maldives' waters.
Hiked a volcano in Guatemala
Visited Chichen Itza in Mexico and swam in a cenote.
Visited Fort Jefferson - the largest brick masonry structure in the Americas and part of Dry Tortugas National Park in FL
