About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Make everyday a miracle.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in Beijing, China, and then moved to the U.S. Being influenced by both cultures and having seen things from both perspectives, I am deeply curious about the world, and about myself.

I was trained to be statistician/mathematician, but my artsy side just won't give in. I spent lots of time taking dance classes (Ballet and Jazz), I am learning piano and French. I love drawing, or just doodling whenever I can.

If I have all the time in the world, I would travel, read, learn piano, dance, cooking, and share these with people I love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a few surfers this summer, it was such a great experience. I haven't surfed so far but looking forward to it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Summer 2014,

I started to take dance classes this summer - 3 times a week.
I started to learn French.
And finally, after 20 years only 'wanting' to, started to learn piano too. And I enjoy it so much!

It's never too late to learn!

Besides that, I go to warm places for scuba driving once a year, so far I have dived in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Florida Keys and Cozumel Mexico. I love the warm tropical water and the amazing world underneath.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach you some Chinese (Mandarin), and I love cooking -- I would be happy to cook some chinese foods and share.
