About Me
23. Lazy blogger. Photographer.
Easily interested in practically everything. Bitten hard by the travel bug. Has a secret vault at Gringotts where she is devoutly saving up to traverse the world that keeps taunting and beckoning. Safest when left alone with a set of books or music. Always hungry, needs to be fed often. Sincerely believes in magic. Also, ‘Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home.’

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travelling to a whole new country to know that there are people as demented as you are is extremely satisfying! I like listening to people talk earnestly about the place they live in, and knowing a local helps you leave the phone behind - an actual holiday without the internet, yay!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelled across India in 15 days and befriended almost all the 450 people on board - Jagriti Yatra. :D
Teach, Learn, Share
I could teach you to sing simple carnatic songs and really lame and addictive movie songs. I can talk for hours. Listen longer. Run around like a mad gypsy until I'm out of breath. If there's a camera handy, instant portfolio shoot, tadaa!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I grew up in a typical south Indian household where doing yoga and learning carnatic music was as important as breathing itself. I can feed you all the stories about god and culture that I got to hear. I can share stories from previous travel encounters, chop down details of a number of sitcoms, fan girl how people even word, get a beautiful set of pictures taken before I leave your place, and cook a decent Indian dish or two.
