I am down to earth with my head in the sky. I look forward to new experiences and meeting new people whenever possible. Travel is the spice of life, If I'm not traveling, I'm dreaming about it. For me, family and friends are of utmost importance, as well as a good sense of humor. Make me laugh and you've made a friend. :-)

Hosting has been fun, but looking forward to couchsurfing as well.

I enjoy anything to do with the arts. I believe music soothes the savage soul, yoga helps keep it all in line, and reading inspires me to read more. Animals are magnificent, especially cats, dogs and horses. Nature is awe-inspiring to me and for that reason I try to get outdoors as much as possible. I believe travel opens the soul, great conversation connects us, and laughing heals us. Oh yeah, 90% of the time I'm vegetarian but I love to eat all kinds of food. Cheese, red wine, ice cream, pizza, and chocolate are my weaknesses.

I can teach you some American Sign Language if you're interested in communicating with a Deaf person or if you don't want any hearing person to know what you're saying :-) I can teach you how to make tamales too.
