Music, Movies, and Books

Enjoy making music! Play a guitar and sing. Like to read well written books. Like watching well directed, well acted movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Held a 100 year old wild tuatara on an offshore wildlife sanctuary.

Released a wandering albatross back into the wild after rehabilitation.

Caught the first snake I ever saw - a 2ft Pacific Boa in Fiji 2012. And the second snake I ever saw a 9ft Carpet Python in Australia, 2013. And the 9th snake I ever saw - another 9ft Python in Ausi in 2018.

Hitched Bangkok to Chang Mai and all around the north of Thailand with my girl, 2016.

Lived with the locals in a village on top of a mountain for a week in Thailand, working the fields, hunting and fishing. Not as a tourist but as guests of the chief! Increadible experience.

Hitched Copenhagen to Bremen through the night with my girl, 2017.

Photographed Adders in the wild in Scotland 2019.

Stayed three weeks on Bornholm (an Island between Denmark, Sweden, and Germany, with my girl 2019.

Lived with and worked in the fields with the locals in Rarotonga for 3 months in 2022.

Lived on the dirt floor in a village in Indonesia and went out fishing every morning in the dark for a month. 2023.

Helped catch and relocate a huge King Cobra in Indonesia in 2024.

Swam with Whale Sharks and visited the Komodo dragons 2025.

Teach, Learn, Share

Everyone has a story, everyone has something to teach. Am happy to share guitar skills or help you learn to defend yourself.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to play guitar if there is one handy. I don't like to only stay one night. I like to hang out with hosts for a few days and get to know them and their lifestyle and get involved with anything that is going on if possible. Am also good at entertaining myself if hosts are too busy to hang out.

Australia, Cambodia, Cook Islands, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Fiji, Germany, Indonesia, Laos, Netherlands, Scotland, Singapore, Sweden, Thailand, Viet Nam
