About Me
Hello! I'm from Transylvania, yes i read Bram Stocker, no we don't sleep in coffins. Much. I lived in Berlin and Leipzig. I tried out med school, but I left as soon as the formaldehyde hit my nostrils. I studied Literature in Cluj-Napoca, which made me fall in love with Humanities, and now I'm stoked to start my Master's.
I get excited about films and theatre, I cry at musicals, and I collect funky ties.
I like rock climbing, painting my friend's nails, and I have a bunny called Hildegard. She's 3, and she's sassy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's sort of a vulnerable position, both for the couchsurfer and for the couchsurfee, and I learnt about myself that these kinds of situations are one's best teacher. They can turn into some of the most amazing experiences one remembers about life. Also, I need a couch. It's cold outside
Interests
- rock climbing
- film
- hiking mountains
Music, Movies, and Books
My taste is music varies a bit, from indian ragas to flamenco, to britpop or just random sounds.
One of my favourite films is La Vita e Bella. TV shows, I loved Fleabag and Atlanta
With books, I like Woolf, Günter Grass, Paul Beatty
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Slept in a haystack. Sat on a stage. Stared at multiple trump towers. Last one is not that amazing - but sadly, memorable
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach cooking skills. And how to do a proper cat-eye with eyeliner. Also, romanians are known for their incessant need to offer advice at any inconvenience you're experiencing. So I'm here to tell everyone to put a jacket on. It's in my genes, I can't help it.
I will gladly make abstract artwork of your nails if you'll let me.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love sharing food, and drinks. If you sing or play any instrument, I can do backing vocals or bang on spoons and pots. I also like to share long talks about politics or ethics or arts or nothings.
