Hello!! I’m Sofia, I’m from Argentina 🇦🇷🧉but I moved to Spain in September 2021 to study a master in Vigo (Galicia), so I lived there for a year and then moved to Barcelona because I got a job here.

I am open-minded and I enjoy learning new things. I can be quiet at times and other times I am talkative. But normally, I am pretty calm and chill. People refer to me as a good listener, sometimes random and whacky, always smiling 😃.

I’m industrial engineer and also flight attendant ✈️ (although I didn’t have the chance to work as it yet!)

I love snowboarding 🏂❤️. I like going on walks around the city, hiking, hanging out with friends, reading, watching movies and series, drinking at a bar, or drinking coffee at a cafe...anything really!

As a traveler: I believe the biggest advantage of Couchsurfing is to meet locals. Talking with the hosts, getting to know them, will teach me more about the country I’m visiting that any tour I might join.
Living with people creates unforgettable bounds. The simple fact that your hosts invite you into their home without even knowing you in person first is already amazing.

As a host: I love meeting people and having the chance of show travelers the city I’m living in. I like to offer them a warm, clean and comfortable place to stay while they are traveling since I’ve been welcomed in a lot of places before and I like to do the same for others. 😊

I love to Google random things, going out with friends, going to the movies, Netflix, learning new languages (currently studying Italian), a good conversation, walking around random places, genuine friendships, helping people out, and learning new things.
