SIDENOTE: We are currently moving into a new home/house (where there will be loads of space to finally host CS's again :) - thats why there is no hosting at the moment until mid-february.
I'm a creative, fair-minded and honest person and like to care as much for myself as I do for others. By "growing up" ;) I found out that it's also wise to deal more with your own character than to care about other people's attitudes. I'm really into living a healthy & qualitative lifestyle, I don't smoke or drink & I'm not at all a "party-person"(although I really enjoy lovely evenings with friends/people & dinner, go to concerts...) The practice of Ashtanga Yoga is a vital part in my life and I love to work as a Ayurveda Yoga Massage therapist.
I think I'm a very companionable guy, like discussions about any kind of topics, jamming together with people, making music, going hiking, reading a good book and enjoy the weekends when my daughter is at our place. I'm a Nuad Thai Massage therapist, give concerts and love to manufacture instruments and get better in that.
We both strive to improve ourselves and our lives constantly since for us it is necessary to work on yourself and to always learn. 4 years ago we became vegetarian due to ethic and sanitary conviction, although we also think that everybody should be sensual to listen to his own body what it needs - and this might differ.
Claudia: I'm very much into Ashtanga Yoga. Spending a lot of time to understand Yoga as a whole (not just the physical path) it is constantly changing my way of living what I highly appreciate. Awareness rises towards so many things that just influence your way positively. Besides the mission to not stop becoming a better person my philosophy is that "What you give to the world and people, will give back to you". Starter example: Try give a smile to a stranger once in a while :)
Sascha: love is in everything, it is upon you to see & find it
