HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about this website when I was looking for accomodation in Denmark in 2011 (Aarhus vocal festival in Aarhus). Checked it out, signed up, loving it!
Untill now I'm hosting, surfing and also part of the CS cooking club Groningen. That's a very fun club where we can share food, drinks, stories and laughs. Hope to see you around next time.
And last but not least I'm telling lots of people about CS, not uncommon my enthousiasm inspires other people to find out more about couchsurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Went couchsurfing with my vocal group Hifive in Denmark (five singers in one appartment, very crowded but good fun!) and Italy. I've CSed in South Korea!! Simply wow.
Also I like to host! Meeting people from all over the world and try to convince them this small town Groningen is a lot of fun :-)

Intereses

Music! I'm a singer in my jazzy combo 'Jazzophie'. Next to that I teach singing and also lead several choirs. Love being on stage, or do some jamming. I run my own business, where I combine my passion for music with my knowledge and skills in working with special need children/adults.
Beside music I like vegetarian cooking (especially for/with guests), hang out with friends, watch movies, drinking coffee. Or doing nothing at all. And I try to live green.

Climbing Table Mountain in Cape Town (South Africa), traveling alone by metro in the metropolis Seoul (South Korea).

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Dutch language, playing the piano, basics of singing, educating/coaching (special needs) children.
I would like to meet people who can teach me about yoga or share thoughts about mindfullness. I would love to learn more Bahasa Indonesia and good traditional recipes!
