My name is Łukasz. I am open-mined, outgoing person with passion to people, travels and active spending time. In Olsztyn I've lived since 2017, but after moved I decided to stay here for longer time. I felt in love in this region (Warmia) - especially thanks to closeness to nature, excellence conditions to sport (running, cycling, walking).
My occupancy is HR manager - I work in local company - I love my job - because it's connected with helping employees to deal with their challenges, problems - also share with their achievements and successes. I am also a business psychologist and student of Warsaw School of Economics (Human Resources Business Partner).

Sometimes I like to spend time alone - therefore I prefer to go out and contemplate nature. Often, I take bike and ride to forest ;-) You can also find me in local restaurants - I love local, delicious food - that can make every day perfect!

I believe that best way to find true culture is to know local people. Sometimes observing "daily life" can be priceless in process of culture understanding. In other hand I love to host people and show them my small local world.
