We are French Australians. Born in France but lived in Australia for many years. Stephanie since she was a child. Regis for about 25 years. Our home is a French speaking home with English thrown in. Of course if you don't speak French or Franglais we will speak in English to you ;)

We enjoy travelling, photography, reading, learning, music, performing and visual arts, crafting.

We host when we can but sometimes we are too busy to spend much time with you as we go to work every day, busy with projects and our child’s activities. But we will try to include you where we can.

On week days we work and study. Regis works for a medical facility, Stephanie for a school.

In our rare moments of spare time: Stephanie likes to learn, create, dream and read. She's very chatty. Is interested in human rights and the world.

Regis the quiet calm one of the family and likes to spend his free time often quietly at home. He’s interested in, fishing, photography and world issues.

Our child is a very busy young person involved in St Johns to saxophone and is the centre of our attention.

Our lives can be chaotic and our home can be messy with stuff from all our activities and busy lives.

We don’t supply you food. Our couch is old. Our home is small. Our priority is not housekeeping as life is about other stuff for us. But hey it’s a FREE place to stay! Please be very aware of this and let me know in your request you’ve understand this.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have surfed on friends couches throughout our travelling lives and via CS in Bali, Vietnam, Italy, France and Japan. We have also WWOOFed in lots of different Australian towns and taken in WWOOFers. And we taken Helpx-ers.

So we are on CS to meet people, share experiences, learn and be part of an open minded non racist/ageist/homophobic/sexist global community. But as we can too busy to spend time with you we are also here to simply give you a free place to sleep so that you can extend your travel adventures and hopefully I too will find free places to sleep as I travel the globe.
