ABOUT ME
22, female, motion designer, concert nerd.
I live in Russia all my life. Got my bachelor degree in Computer Science and realized that it's not for me so I decided to follow my heart and now I work as a motion designer. I make videos, motion graphics, projection mapping and many other things for children's iPad books, museums, schools and so on. I travel at my free time, mostly for concerts of my favorite bands and for inspiration :) My trips usually are short but intense and eventful, I love meeting random people and I try to explore as much as possible.
PHILOSOPHY
Enjoy every second that life gives you, never drop the opportunity to experience something new, be open-minded to everyone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm new to CS community but I hope I will meet many awesome people here.
Interests
First of all: Live music and everything connected with it. Concerts, setlists, tours, meeting bands (but no stalking - it's a principle), new albums, festivals, line-ups and so on.
Filmmaking, motion design and theater. I make music videos, performances, visuals and other different things in free time. You can check some non-commercial videos here https://vimeo.com/aevumfx

Music, Movies, and Books
Huge music fan. Mostly punk/rock/indie/ska. Too many bands to list here so check my last.fm profile: http://www.last.fm/user/niznaukto
Also: Harry Potter, Star Wars, Dr. Who, TV shows like How I met Your Mother, GoT, Big Band Theory, Friends, The IT Crowd etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Went to volunteering workcamp in Italy and worked on educational videos about stereotypes about Africa, immigration issues and so on. Met wonderful people from all over the world and had the best time ever.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can destroy (or prove) every single stereotype about Russia and Russians
