Well hello hello! I'm Stavroula, Stav, I'm from Greece and I'm 25 years old and I'm really glad to be on here ❤️

I'm student of Archeology and History of Arts. I truly believed when I was a kid that I'll find Lost Atlantis cause I was in love with Disney's movie and the myth and thought I had the calling. Now I'm just trying to find my own Atlantis and I think I'm achieving that thanks to my luck and the good energy that surrounds me. So thanks universe for that.

I have studied also Fashion Design and Marketing. I think that fits more to my vibes and dreams now. I just finished my training in piercings, so now I think I can start saying I do also that. I also have some other skills up on my sleeves but that's maybe stories to tell in real life.

I love meeting people and have crazy experiences because I love to feel alive and different stories makes you feel alive. Other people makes feel like I have a talking book, a portal to ask and learn things about their universe. I really like people that makes the others feel welcome and easy to be around , even with a sincere smile, it doesn't have to be long conversation. When I host, when I'm being host or when I generally meet people I feel like I have to make sure the other person knows that in this interaction as a person they are respected and welcomed. So I really appreciate when the other side also gives that energy.

Theater, dance, sewing, writing, styling, party, discussing, traveling, dreaming, attaching and learning are my things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I know every city has it secrets and has her own little magic but as a stranger they are difficult to be found. Especially even the others sees you as a tourist and don't pay interest in you. I feel that with Couchsurfing you can find those hidden places because eyou are going to have a local friend - helper that you are sure he wants to spend time with your or knowledge. It s not an alternative to a hostel or free accommodation. It s free exchange of cultures, it s an open minded society.

Music, Movies, and Books

Well... I'm kind of a blender in that. Which means. I love my intellectual moments with classic literature, my William Tennessee, my Oscar Wilde,Little Women, my old folk fairytales and mythology, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle,J.K Rowling, Plato, Albert Camus,Lewis Carroll, Virginia Wolf, George Orwell, Dickens and Grimm's brothers♥️
Books can make you travel into different worlds, cry A LOT, be in love and be excited,open your mind in new ideas be a different person in within a few hours. With books you cannot argue and stop the conversation you just keep listening till the writer's though is complete. The right words are very powerful and imagination and freedom through the romanitc ethicals of those masterpieces are the cure of this dull capitalistic world we live in.

Music. When I'm alone and chilling I really love some slow electronic, indie and rock vibes, funk, folk that gives you chills and makes you wanna groove with them. But that is now. I used to be an old time classic rock person some years back. Favourite bands back then... Led Zeppelin, Guns and Roses (even though Axl was a dick). ❤️ People grow with music and change.
But except all that I really love dancing , so whatever music genre makes me wanna move then immediately becomes my thing. That's why I love techno and trance, cause inside the raves you can feel the emotions of the crowd, you can dance with everybody watching but not judging, you can meet amazing people and make one night,one day or one week an experience to remember. ☀️💚🌙
I don't even start with movies and series. Even though I'm a really strict person when it comes to criticize something if someone asks I will really enjoy anything it comes to me. But I have a love for directing and scripts so I will have my moments and I would want to stop the film if something is really bad. Also a secret that most of my close people hate me for... If I find something expected or if I just feel like it or if I think it's going to be kind of not useful (for me) I kind of press the skip button to skip it 2seconds... A lot of times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Can't measure them, for me nothing is crazy enough. Everything is life. I look up to crazy people with crazy moments and when we have rockstars and people of the history in my age I think nothing is crazy. When I create my own open-minded coven and give them the things and experiences I dream I will write that as my most crazy achievement.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well... I think I'm one lucky charm to have with you! I'm really comfortable with anything and I don't need much space. I'm short and I'm raised with 4 siblings... I know how to survive :p What else...?what else...?In each new city ,but not only new, that I m traveling I want to see strange places, feel the vibes of the city and the people, find beautiful little corners of the city and I think a local can suggest me some or just give a clue for my travel hunt! I'm really a vibe junkie! I really enjoy long deep conversations about anything but also I'm a party animal... So if you have the best place to chill or the best party just tell me!!! I'm working with a lot of stuff especially theater,writing, sewing, improvisation games and design. Mostly with fashion but I want to get into interior as well! 🖤 So we can take a look at your wardrobe and to the best extreme makeover style to you, just for a switch and fun, play a lot of fun games with each other, write an idea down and make it something whole together, something that we'll have forever and it will be just a shared moment or the next masterpieces ( I'm kidding. I'm not that clever nor patient to actually write a masterpiece.)
