I'm stefania aka fruitarian farmer
Italian born but raised in bonnie scotland so i have the best of both worlds.
I'm a nature plant fanatic, artist, natural minimalist living, growing most of our organic food high in the Italian mountains, i help people to lead healthier lives through coaching, i work on social media, youtube, my website and create videos. I eat a raw vegan diet since 4 plus years. Yes no cooked food!
I also have been teaching Yoga and languages in schools.

My other passion is to create art always has been, painting mostly acrylics, dancing every damn day, playing guitar(i like to make up songs) and do all kinds of fitness, travel, diy.. the list goes on and is for ever expanding.

For reading i read mostly information books lots on self development, health, nutrition, holistic practises, psychology, spiritual things, I LOVE learning

Music is my life..it makes me feel alive, it represents every emotion and can lift my spirts and make me dance away all night. Finally realized i am not super woman (i like to do 3000 things a day really )

I have been known to eat 50+ fig in a day, one day i ate 25 bananas.

I have a burning desire to save the world...some days it's hard to understand this world.

I wrote and illustrated a childrens book (took me over a year, still to be published)

I did a juice fast for 42 days and said never again.

I lived in Brasil for almost a year, fell madly in love with that place, the culture, the people. Saudades do Brasil...
