Overview
About Me
My name is Steve and I live in Los Angeles with my dog.
I'm originally from Germany but I've lived in the US for the majority of my life now. I do go back to visit about once a year!
I work as a promo model and brand ambassador in experiential marketing. My job allows me to travel a lot (within the US) and I typically have a pretty flexible schedule, since I work as a contractor.
I currently have plans to start my own apparel company some time soon!
I used to be a Youtuber as my main hobby, so I have experience with video and editing. Sometimes I miss it and want to make videos again.
If someone German requests me I typically accept, because it's interesting for me to meet people my age that grew up in Germany. Also you gotta look out for your own, right?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet people from different places and experience different cultures. I also really want to travel to different countries, so I would love to make friends from different countries so I can visit them at some point when I travel to their country.
Interests
I'd like to take up making videos again, but with different content this time around. I would love to have a travel vlog channel where I explore different places with someone (possibly abandoned places?) If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, maybe even just in your home country, definitely let me know!
Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite artist: Louis Prima (my dog is named after him)
Favorite movie: A Bronx Tale, Raging Bull
Favorite Book: The Three Musketeers
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
eat a big pizza.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach:
I currently have three penny boards, and more than willing to teach you how to skate one.
I also didn't know how to swim until recently so I feel like I got what it takes to teach someone else that gave up on learning it how to.
Learn:
I would love to meet someone that travels a lot that has a dog. Currently that's my biggest obstacle to traveling and I don't know how to get around it.
