Overview
About Me
Right now I have some time off from work and I'm right in the middle of planning for future adventures. My general plan is to get a chance to spend some time with my sister and her family down in New Zealand, go sailing and do some more kayaking. Open for pretty much anything though so let me know if there is anything fun going on!
Si piensas que la aventura es peligrosa, preuba la rutina. Es mortal.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've hosted a lot and I've really enjoy it and I hope to surf more in the future. During my time as an office goon the chance of meeting people through couchsurfing has been a really important outlet. Couchsurfing keeps me sane.
Interests
I love traveling and meeting new people and I see this as an excellent way to get a chance to do both. I also enjoy the outdoors, photography (would like to learn more about film making), food (really enjoy cooking), all kinds of excersice and training, skiing (mostly in Sweden), diving (never in Sweden) and languages.
I've done a 4 month trip with my kayak and I have a lot of those kind of adventures in my head.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Cidade de Deus, Le grand bleu, The Shawshank redemption, Inglorious bastards, Beverly Hills Cop, The Shining, Bad Santa, The Hustler... It all depends on what mood I'm in. Music: Thanks to couchsurfers I've discovered great music like Kings of Leon, Chamboa, Fat Freddy's drop, Zero 7, Yelle and lots more. I usually listens to whatever my couchsurfers put on. Books: My mission for 2018 is to catch up on some of the real classics and read some good travel literature. I would also like to dive deeper in to the subject of happy psychology.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
All trips I've done and all the people that I've met while being out on them. If I'll have to choose one: Paddling the coasts of Sweden and Finland in my kayak. 3640 km and 120 days of camping and just being out there. I loved it! If you want to know more about it check out my blogs on www.blabandet.wordpress.com and www.blavitabandet.wordpress.com. They are in Swedish but you can find a lot of pictures there as well.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you are lucky and get here at the right time you could get an invitation to my family's summer house in Dalarna - for me to most amazing place in the whole world. There we will just chill out, light a fire, take a walk in the forrest, have a sauna and swim in the lake.
