ABOUT ME

Some might say I'm a nerd, but if so, I am a fun nerd. Or so I like to believe.

I love films and TV shows, books, theatre, concerts, basically most types of entertainment. I spend too much time in front of my computer and Xbox, I suppose, but I don't mind going out every now and then, especially if there's dancing and/or singing involved.

To strangers I might come off as shy and quiet, but once the initial panic of meeting someone new has settled (or a few drinks have been consumed), I reveal a witty, lively and occasionally charming personality. True story.

I currently work as a nurse, but would love to one day turn my life towards photography. Whenever I travel somewhere, you can be sure I'm bringing my Nikon D3100, although I prefer photos of people to photos of things.

Despite the fact that I'm currently somewhat settled in my life, I don't expect this to last, as I might suddenly drop everything, move some place new and take off on some random adventure. I moved to England on a whim a few years ago, which only lasted 6 months but was totally worth it. One might say I'm a spontaneous person. Others might say "crazy", however I prefer "eccentric".

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Except for the occasional crashing at friends' places, I haven't surfed much. Looking forward to getting started this summer!
