CURRENT MISSION To be human and open-minded. To be curious and not judgmental. And to advocate forgiveness and fight war and injustice peacefully. ABOUT ME I think it is difficult to narrow down who we are, maybe especially on "paper". We are what we have lived. It feels like my life has been very long and yet at the same time it seems as in some way my life is just starting. Or maybe it just is that another cycle has begun? I do believe that life goes in cycles to some extend. Life is a whole lot about repetition. Sometimes this can seem annoying, but really - it is a good thing. Repetition makes us think, (well, at least some of us), and repetition I think is how we learn. And life, well I think - should just be welcomed as one huge collection of learning experiences. So off we must, to meet new challenges. When I forget about that (and I have), then the affection in life disappears, and all becomes grey and dark. I am happy and I am sad. 20 years of adulthood does take it's toll. I am learning to live with the sorrows that comes with a life lived with all of it's content. It is not always easy - but as of right now, I am out there and I am reconnecting to dear old friends and I am making new friendships that I hope will last an eternity. If you read through all this, I hope I shall meet you also one day. PHILOSOPHY You can not change people. You can only change yourself and live life by a good example, and hope to inspire a few.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I will be happy to have people come and stay in my little old house that really right now must be considered as a construction-site. I am fixing up an 100 year old house, and I do have you all in mind while I work on the layout. There should always be room for one more whenever I am there. This time of year, I will hopefully not be home very often. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I hope to have my very first experience very very soon...
Music, Movies, and Books
Best book I read recently is with no doubt Shantaram. One of the most inspiring books I ever read is "Tree Cups of Tea" By Greg Mortenson. I think everyone should read it. I love all kinds of music' except hiphop and opera. I listen to Bon Iver a lot these days.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
People, people, people. I love to observe how different people do similar things in different ways.
Teach, Learn, Share
Upon request, I will try to teach anyone anything. Remember, the teacher is always guaranteed to learn...
My Interests
Outdoors stuff, preferably where I can compete with myself. I love to push myself and I hate to push others. I really enjoy white water kayaking, windsurfing, cycling, skiing and playing a song on the guitar by the fire on a clear and cosy night. I love and hate to run, rock climb, and anything else that tricks my fear of heights.
