ABOUT ME

Art historian in the middle of her thesis and theater-maker. Just ask me about german theater or street art and you're likely to get more than you ever wanted to know. I also sing... opera, experimental and some jazz. Basically I'm extroverted, love meeting new people and story telling at all hours of the night.
Give me a bottle of wine and some cheese and people who like to "shoot the shit" as they say, and I am happy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Summer 2006: ROMA!!! watching Terry Gilliam's Brazil with Strawberry Wine (good stuff)
Making organic! pesto and spaghetti sauce in Kansas City.
Summer 2007: Hosting in my tiny apt. in New York.
Summer 2008: Surfing 40 nights with 13 different hosts across Europe. More kindness than I could imagine, and proving to myself and my friends that people aren't nearly as bad as the (american) news makes them out to be.
Fall 2008-Fall 2010: hosting when my flatmates let me. basically.
2011: NEW FLAT! NEW POSSIBILITIES!
2012-14: The Butt(mann St.) hosts surfers of all types, from around the world, during their immersion into the madness that is Berlin
2015: Surfing in Weimar! Moving to Madrid?
2016: Living between two parts of Europe that shouldn't be in the same time zone
