PHILOSOPHY

The world is like a ride in an amusement park, and when you choose to go on it you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. The ride goes up and down, around and around, it has thrills and chills, and it's very brightly coloured, and it's very loud, and it's fun for a while. Many people have been on the ride a long time, and they begin to wonder, "Hey, is this real, or is this just a ride?" And other people have remembered, and they come back to us and say, "Hey, don't worry; don't be afraid, ever, because this is just a ride."

And we can change it any time we want.
Its just a choice between fear and Love .

My first experience was a couple who hitch hiked from poland to beijing and stayed on my couch... diverse open inspiring lovely people - thats why i love this site.

Musica, film e libri

Films - la haine, science of sleep, Mr Nobody, pi, donnie darko, Enteral Sunshine of Spotless Mind, waking life, withnail and i, dark days, amelie, 2001, twin town, willow // BUT a sense of humour is so important so also... anything stupid and cheesy like the beast master or teen wolf OR some lowbudget 70's scifi!!

Music - Im a photographer but to me music is infinitely more powerful than imagery. Music is a like a drug for me, i listen to a very diverse mix including: Electro / techno, trip-hop, ambient, acoustic, post rock, funk, soul, jazz, raggae dubstep, drum & bass, neo classical, and even some punk. Oh and i also love listening to dramatic and powerful film music on my headphones while doing the most mundane and ordinary things like going to the shop to by milk. Try it its hilarious...

Food - Healthy food is so important for me so i love to cook, we ARE what we EAT ! Im studying nutrition so am a bit of a health freak. My specialty dish ? Banana and Coconut Dahl :)

Living with The Pigme Tribes in the Jungles of Gabon Africa and filming their spiritual ceremonies to make a film about Iboga!

Staying in the townships of cape town making music and documenting with local rappers and hiphop producers - editing now ...

Driving hundreds of miles around Mongolia surviving storms in the desert and living on their crazy local diet.

Making a film about Laughter Yoga in Indian prisons and factories!

Shooting a film and dancing with a group of Chinese "Hiphop Grannies" in China.

Living in and Documenting the Ghettos of Kingston Jamaica and recording reggae in Bob Marleys old house.
