ABOUT ME

I like meeting people and doing new things. There is no typical week or weekend with me. I like cheap pubs - which in London can be an adventure to find. I like finding unusual things to put in my flat, preferably from overseas... I have turkish rugs, mexican blanket, egyptian cushion covers, tiffany lamp, handblown vase from a Spanish guy in Camden market. And a sled as a TV stand. That eclectic collection probably represents me as a person pretty well.

I like to cook and be cooked for, especially trying new things. I don't have a favourite cuisine - as long as I have variety I am happy.

Fencing - I used to compete and now I referee world cup. I start coaching in the autumn. It was French fencers who got me into couchsurfing in the first place
Music - classical stuff mostly, I sing in a choir sometimes
