About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To really do something meaningful for nature.

ABOUT ME

Although I live in a big city, I love nature and always dream of a big garden. I love to meet people, new friends. Especially people from Zürich, because my son is doing a master at ETH in Zürich. And because most of the time he is busy. I really would like to create a network in Zürich with new friends and with at least some mutual interests.
I love to explore, just walking in the neighborhood, or further away, to see the life we live, to see a (botanical) garden, a local bakery, a market, a cafe. Cooking together or for each other, sharing experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

Love

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to meet green friends! Especially people who are interested in ecology and who also want to be meaningful for nature.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just put my couchsurfing profile on active, but 11 years ago in 2013 my son and I made a trip by train from Amsterdam to Sicily (we stayed in Paris, Marseille, Nice, Lucca, Rome, Pagliara, Siracusa, Palermo) We had different couchsurfing experiences, but overall very positive.
In may 2014 we stayed 10 days with an Italian family in Lucca where we stayed before in the summer of 2013 in Sicily! Also couchsurfing, wonderful:)
It's so nice to enter a local life and give each other a good time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are many amazing things I have done in my life.
Amazing things can also be really simple, I love that too. Being a passenger on an old Vespa scooter in Italy, just to sit on the ground, having dinner in a nice company. And I am so happy that I met Amma, a saint, with her unconditional love, her radiating compassion and huge example in the field of spirituality.

Teach, Learn, Share

When words and deeds come from the heart, their perfume will always be pure
