ABOUT ME

I'm a peace-loving nerd. I studied Zoology and Classics, and am about to start medical school in the fall of 2015 in Oregon. I love learning and experiencing new things every day. I try to live a conscious life, realizing that the choices I make do matter on a bigger scale.

2023 update — finished with medical training, now working a real job!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the experience of couch surfing. Traveling to a new place and being able to meet locals and see it through their eyes is unbeatable! I have made some amazing connections around the world through it and can't wait to host more travelers!

Climbing Holy Mountain in Tanzania. I am not religious, but I was moved by the views and seeing people so devoted to long term meditation. Hiking the Routeburn Track in New Zealand... a true representation of life... ups, downs, hardships, rewards, tears of pain and joy.
