About Me
Hi! I’m Szebasztian — a curious person currently rewriting my life one adventure at a time.
I used to work in the legal field, but somewhere between paperwork and “serious adult life,” I realized I’m much happier meeting people, exploring the world, and doing things that make me feel alive. So now I’m in a professional transition, learning new skills, discovering new places, and saying yes to experiences that make great stories later.
I’ve hitchhiked across Europe more times than my mother approves of — from Bordeaux to Porto, to Croatia, to Hungary, and soon all the way from Colmar to Lapland. I also lived in Montréal, which taught me that I love multicultural chaos, good conversations, and maple syrup on pretty much anything.
I’m into slackline, hiking, drawing realistic stuff, outdoor sports, and trying things I’m not yet good at (which is basically everything the first time). I enjoy helping out, organizing things, cooking simple but enthusiastic meals, and learning whatever you’re passionate about.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
What I love most about Couchsurfing is meeting people who remind me that the world is full of kindness, creativity, and “why not?” moments. I’m easygoing, respectful, and independent — happy to chat for hours or leave you space if you need it. I travel light… emotionally and physically (my backpack disagrees).
If we cross paths, I hope we can share stories, ideas, meals, laughs — or at least a good cup of coffee before life sends us in different directions again.
See you somewhere between here and the next unexpected adventure!
