ABOUT ME

I dread these 'about you' sections. You always feel you should be witty and interesting.
I'm interested in a bit of everything, particularly the arts, and particularly theatre.
I have spent the last 7 or 8 years meeting the most amazing people in all different ways, moving on and then meeting more people all over again. As much as I love meeting new people, sometimes it makes me sad to say goodbye. But I have learnt that sometimes people reappear in your life in the most wonderful way, and sometimes they are only meant to be there for a little while.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's been really great, a lifeline for meeting new people and has introduced me to some of my closest friends.

People: laughing, dancing, being fools, being quiet, making art, sitting in a car chatting.....whatever it is, I love meeting new friends and apreciating those already in my life.

I do like to be alone sometimes too........

What a hard task!!!

As much natural beauty and crazy random things as I may have seen, I think I'm always most 'awestruck' by the people I've met, and how more often than not I have been met with generosity and kindness.

Well I teach Engligh so I can help people with that! But my main love is theatre and literature, so I'm always excited to meet anybody who shares these interests!
Oh also I can knit, and so some other crafty things if you fancy curling up on the sofa with tea and biscuits and making like a granny!

I think learning is one of the best things about CS; learning about new places and people, and also learning and re-learning that despite what we read in the papers every day the world is full of wonderful people! So I hope to keep learning these things through CS and beyond.
