Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined this CS some years ago out of need: I was broke and in Spain. Now it's become of life-long importance for me to help others and allow myself to be helped along the road. Exploring a new place by tagging along with whatever your couch-host does is a great way to get to know what life is really like in another culture.
I am aware that CS is increasingly commercialised and for this reason I am moving somewhere I can really Be Welcome*
Interested in so many things, maybe too many.
collaboration, sustainability, insects, GIS, coding, remedial massage, dancing (especially swing), (acro)yoga, languages, debating, contact improv, hulahoop, ariel (silks), capoeira...I could go on
Music, Movies, and Books
I'm currently learning to play the Moonlight Sonata but still on the first movement
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spring 2013 I (and 100-200 other people) seiged a big ice-castle deep in a forest somewhere near Moscow as part of a traditional event called Maslinitsa.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could teach you bodywork and some salsa or swing dancing steps, acroyoga, yoga or hulahoop tricks. I also used to teach English to non-native speakers
I want to learn more piano and math and also became very interested in coding and data science lately
