I'm a 25-year old ESL teacher who has just started travelling and can't get safistied yet, haha. I'm absolutely in love with Latin America, so if this continent was a man, I'd definitely marry him.
I understand some German and I hope I can already say that I'm fluent in Spanish. Or, at least, I do speak fluently, but I don't always understand.
I am married and I prefer to travel with my mother-in-law, as she's my best companion and friend.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I guess, I won't be the first person to say that I'm really eager to meet new people and make friends with them. Maybe I'm a strange tourist, but I'm not crazy about museums and suchlike. I'm more interested in observing and experiencing the daily life in another country, that is, what you guys cook, where you go shopping for the basic things and how you spend your free time. I'm not a party person, but I'm absolutely happy when it comes to small companies together at a dinner table where you can share your life experience with the people whose life is so different and at the same time so much like yours.

Music, Movies, and Books

LOTR and the Game of Thrones! But I also did a course on English classics at university, so I'm pretty much sure that I could be able to hold a conversation on this topic. I love Jane Austen and her witty love stories.
On the other hand, I'm an avid sci-fi reader/watcher. Star Trek is the best, there is no doubt about it (I love the old series as much as the new films). I could recommend a couple of Russian sci-fi authors, and I'm also acquainted with some American ones (Heinlein, Le Guin, Azimov).
As for music, I can pretty much listen to anything, starting from latino and finishing with cold Scandinavian EBM and electro like Covenant. I try to be openminded and accepting different tastes.
