Hi adventurous people! My name's Tatiana (or Tania) and I'm an Intercultural Communications specialist. I live in Montreal, CA and I'm passionate about (or to be honest a total addict of )travel, arts, languages and other cultures! I love it all!

Since early childhood I have lived, studied and worked in 5 different countries, so I perfectly speak English, French and Russian. My experiences with different cultures inspired me to devote my life to working with people: I specialize in immigrant integration in Canada and have taught English and French to people of various backgrounds and age groups.

I love meeting new people and exploring new cultures. Hotels are great, but I think you can really learn about a place through the people that live there. I'm not a tourist, I'm an explorer and a traveler.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music: jazz, soul, swing, lindy, blues, classical
Movies: The Revenant, The Imitation Game, The Reader - movies that challenge you and make you think. But I do enjoy a good comedy.
Books: classics (Jules Verne, Leo Tolstoy, Erich Maria Remark, Ernest Hemingway), books on intercultural communication (I'm a strong believer in Gudykunst's theories) and spiritual reading (Eckhart Tolle).

I'm also an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher and hold a BA degree in Applied Linguistics (English, French), so I love to help out language-wise. I also love learning the history behind everything, so I enjoy sharing what I know and listen to what you have to say!
