About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I feel that my home is a place I have never visited. My mission is simple: to get to my home.
PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosophy is to remain true. The world is littered with superficial people who let influences make their decisions for them. I only wish to be knowledgeable about the logic that leads to my decisions so that I can construct them in confidence. I consider myself an idiot when I don't know enough about my own thoughts to speak about them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I was led to this community during my search for places to stay during my trip to Japan, but I am happy to be a host so that I can contribute to the site that has made these connections and relationships possible. I currently have roommates, who consist of my closest friends, and they have taken kindly to the idea of hosting our apartment to travelers as long as they are kept informed. I am psyched to meet new people by both visiting others and having guests!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have just joined couchsurfing, but in a few months I hope to gain memorable experiences as I travel through Japan in a few months!

Music, Movies, and Books
My favorite movie is Fiddler on the Roof, and I have more of a favorite author than a favorite book: Vladimir Nabokov (author of Lolita). Most of the music that I enjoy is Japanese, but one of my favorite American bands is Weezer.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have zip-lined through a mountain rainforest in Costa Rica, then soaked in the natural hot springs below.
Teach, Learn, Share
Do not visit a new culture to tackle it....visit to bask in it.
