I am artist and my mission is to visit other artists and have collaborations or at least some cultural exchange (sometimes also i just need a couch to crush on :D)

i could teach you the "8 pieces of silk" - a dynamic meditation practice of the Shao Lin monastery, which ensures a balanced energy flow of the Ki, long-life span, good health and strong muscles and joints and great breathing and calmness and concentration for each day you practice (people who practise this one live more than 100 years!)
i would like to learn something for your local culture and habits and history
