Live with intention and love everyone.
I have a huge appreciation for life and for this present moment. I love meeting uncertainty with playfulness and discovering how I can create this life moment after moment.
I am creative, warm, open-minded, curious, compassionate. Despite my gentle demeanor, I try to live mindfully, struggle a lot, challenge ideas and norms, and all this can lead to some deep and fascinating places. I can easily talk for hours about anything from psychology to ecology, and laugh about how all the talking is ridiculous.
I spent most of last year living/working at a zen buddhist monastery in the beautiful Californian wilderness. I did 5-month kitchen apprenticeship, followed by a 2-month meditation intensive. It was incredible and I'd love to share some stories with you. I travelled for a few months after that, working for a month on a permaculture farm in the French countryside, and the travel bug is now in hibernation as I explore weaving my practice into life in the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Expressed more through a hug (and tears) than possible with words.
Felt closer to nature than to any human being.
Lost the sense of Self.
