ABOUT ME

It's hard to describe yourself - I would prefer my friends to do that - so I think it's always easier to say: If you would ask my friends about me they would probably tell you:
Nice person, open minded, smart, caring a lot for others, puts often aside her own interests for the benefit of others, witty girl you can have a lot of fun with. But you can as well see me as smallminded, conservative and from time to time still bothered by prejudices - nobody's perfect - but I'm working on it.
Things I don’t like about myself: I’m very impatient with dumb people – Things I like about myself: I’m rarely scared (just sometimes of myself ;)) and I still believe at the good of people.
I love to treat someone with something and I would say that I like to make others happy – following the citation of Georges Bernanos : “To be able to find joy in another's joy, that is the secret of happiness”

Usually I don’t like poems that you just copy from others – but I can’t say it in a better way:

“There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way"
So, treasure every moment that you have.
And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special.
And remember that time waits for no one.

I made a few and only good expieriences which was a really good start!

Interests

Even as I’m working quite a lot, I try to travel as much as possible. But I don’t live the Latin American way: Work to live. I still live to work. I’ve always been interested in meeting people from other countries and cultures as well as foreign languages. I lived in Sweden for almost one year and I hope that I can return one day. It’s a beautiful country and the people are nice (and good looking ;) as well). Otherwise I like biking (even though I’m not very sporty) and swimming. I used to do Line dance but I quit because of lack of time but I plan to start soon again. I used to teach Swedish in an adult education center which has meanwhile been replaced by my Spanish studies. I like reading and cooking together with friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I haven’t done any super-exciting things – but even that depends on the point of view and on your own experiences. People that have climbed the Eiger North Wall might laugh about things my mother would die just because of the imagination!
Amazing things I’ve seen: That was probably the trip in Canada from Vancouver to Banff and back. The amazing lakes and the huge mountains, the salmons in the rivers…

Teach, Learn, Share

I can’t teach you neither playing the piano nor unicycling ;) Friends say that I know to do lots of things but I can’t think of anything at the moment.
