ABOUT US

We are Pia (59) and Bo-Inge (69), a calm and friendly couple from the west coast of Sweden. We live on a small farm near Varberg and Falkenberg, where we run a countryside event venue and B&B. Many couples celebrate their weddings with us, and we love the warm, genuine atmosphere that comes with those gatherings.

Bo-Inge works part-time with local farmers, and the rest of the time he takes part in our wedding and events business on the farm. Pia is the organiser and host at heart. Together we enjoy a peaceful lifestyle with nature, animals and meaningful everyday routines.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

We joined Couchsurfing in 2008 and have had only positive experiences. The travellers we met brought joy and interesting stories into our lives. Even though we haven’t hosted large numbers, every encounter has been meaningful.

Now we look forward to experiencing Couchsurfing from the other side – as respectful, low-key travellers on the road.
We have used Couchsurfing before and always appreciated the kindness in this community. Now, as we are planning a trip to Australia and New Zealand, we would like to connect with local people in a simple and respectful way.

We travel quietly and independently. We don’t expect social time from our host – we are very aware that people have their own schedules – but we are always happy for a short chat if the moment allows.
