About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Leaving every space better than I found it, brightening as many lives as possible, exploring new cultures and meeting new people. Open minded, happy, good hearted, spontaneous people that don't expect anything in return but the pure pleasure of each other's company
ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Sydney, a Charlotte, NC and Brisbane, Australia based, Full-time traveling Interdisciplinary Artist, Muralist, Immersive Art Installation Artist, Co-Founder of @pieceforpeace_movement and the @TAOHoutdoorGallery, Event and Experience Curator, Community Activist, Adventure Enthusiast, Motivational Speaker, Illustrator, Writer, Yoga Instructor, Retreat Leader, and Nature Advocate.
I create to elicit multi-sensory experiences through my work. I enjoy enhancing each new environment by adding 3D and illusionary elements to transform the most unlikely of spaces, engaging the audience in play through my large-scale murals and interactive art installations.
My work with art and yoga go hand in hand by bringing community together to spark inspiration and ignite healing within everyone that I come in contact with through guiding others in self-discovery, creating, mindfulness, connection and experiential learning practice. I guide others to step out of their comfort zones to embrace new experiences of self-reflection and the opening of the mind through the creation of meaningful art.
I am a thrill seeker, living life to the fullest! I Travel as much as possible. Just taking life one day at a time. I'm overflowing with joy and very easy going. I'm open minded, determined, outgoing, sarcastic, fun, caring, stubborn, confident, and optimistic.
I have a good time no matter what I'm doing. I love meeting new people and making others laugh. I love to SMILE, smiling is my favorite. I give everyone a chance until they give me a reason not to. I treat others as I wish to be treated. Life is just too short to wake up in the morning with regrets, so love the people that treat you right and forget about the ones that don't. No one said it would be easy, just that it will be worth it in the end.
I have become my own version of an optimist. If I can't make it through one door, I'll go through another door - or I'll make a door. Something terrific will come no matter how dark the present.
There are so many things that I want to explore, and slowly I am conquering each of my goals. I am not positive where I will end up, but am anxious to find out. I will continue to do my best and to live each day as if it were my last, meeting new people and learning about the world around me. Life was meant to be lived. Curiosity meant to be kept alive. The fatal thing is rejection. One must never, for whatever reason, turn their back on life.
PHILOSOPHY
I have become my own version of an optimist. If I can't make it through one door, I'll go through another door - or I'll make a door. Something terrific will come no matter how dark the present.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Being the Change I wish to see in the World!!
Welcoming wandering souls into my home whenever I can to offer a safe loving space to softly land.
Interests
Art will always be my biggest love and the physical act of creating brings me SO much joy, but I live my life as every aspect is a new artwork; (connecting with others to make sure they feel seen, heard, appreciated, traveling to a new destination, helping others step out of their comfort zones) Joy for me comes through art, adventure, wellness and oneness. My passion for yoga is all about healing others and giving them the loving encouragement and power to connect with their minds and bodies. Getting them out of their comfort zone to try something, whether that be in a studio or in the comfort of their own living room. The aspect of art and yoga intertwine by bringing community together and sparking inspiration and healing within everyone that comes in contact with it all.
