ABOUT ME

I was adopted in Germany and resently just met my birth-mother (living in Dortmund) who came to the USA for the first time and I met her after 51 years this summer. I'm headed back to Germany (I was stationed there 32 years ago) with my GF Donna who has never been to Germany and plan to make a big loop to places I didn't see the first time I was there. We fly into Frankfurt, Dresden for two days, Berlin (the wall was up the last time I was there), Amsterdam, Dortmund (to see ma on Christmas Eve) for 5 days, Baden Baden for a day spa, Stuttgart (where I was born) for two days and then to Innsbruck to meet my friend Fritz for new year
s eve festivities, and finally to his hometown near Balsono, Italy and fly out of Milan the 4th of Jan. What a trip. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!!!

PHILOSOPHY

Today is the first day of the rest of our lives. This is all we have, enjoy it to the fullest. Life is too short, we must live it and be true to oneself. You are your own reality!!! So, be happy, be grateful, be thankful, love, live, laugh and don't hurt anyone along the way.

I love to fly (fixed wing and ultralights), snow ski, ride motorcycle (Kawi 1,600 Classic), now have a 2004 BMW CLC, boating, travel, cooking and eating. I play harmonica and like blues clubs and dancing, any live music is fine with me. I'm very easy going, fun loving, a libra so fit into about any situation. Seize the Day, Leibe geits weite (sp)!!!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I'm trying to get through my bucket list. I've traveled to Germany, Italy, Austria, England, France, Canada, Mexico, Belize, Hawaii, Lake Tahoe, Niagra Falls, Grand Canyon, Colorado Rockies, California Coast, Virginia Coast, DC area, all over Florida, New York and many points in between. 52yrs of fun and adventure and keeping it up as long as I can. I'm 60 now! Yikes. Didn't do the CS thing last time we traveled and am traveling alone this time so it might be a little more easy to do this by myself. I have a large house in Lincoln, Nebraska and whoever may read this is always welcome at my house if you ever visit the STATES!
