Finally retired from my last job as a Truck Driver while collecting my SS check, lol. LIfe is good in Nebraska, my farm house in the middle of town. 3 Cats, Edna the dog and two chickens. New GF who keeps me busy and about to retire from NU after 35yrs. Went to Farm Aid this September in Minneapolis, Mn and got to see Steve Earle, Billy Strings, Kenny Chesney, Wynona Judd, Bob Dylan showed up and the regulars, Neil Young, Dave Matthews, John Mellencamp, Willy Nelson, and a slew of others. Great time. This old house keeps me busy, two garages, two tenants, garden, cooking something up in the kitchen, motorcycles, cars, trailer, boat, karaoke/harmonica, friends and family. Everything a guy ever needs. Mom passed 3 years ago, my niece from Germany just had a baby boy and named it Sam, my great nephew's name from my American Sister, whew! Just had my 50th school reunion, I can't believe how fast time goes by. Still some things on my bucket list but LIFE IS GOOD and I'm going to do my darndest to keep it happening. Thought I'd update since I haven't
done it for ages, lol. Keep traveling and keep surfing my friends!!!

PHILOSOPHY

Today is the first day of the rest of our lives. This is all we have, enjoy it to the fullest. Life is too short, we must live it and be true to oneself. You are your own reality!!! So, be happy, be grateful, be thankful, love, live, laugh and don't hurt anyone along the way.

I love to fly (fixed wing and ultralights), snow ski, ride motorcycle (Kawi 1,600 Classic), now have a 2004 BMW CLC, boating, travel, cooking and eating. I play harmonica and like blues clubs and dancing, any live music is fine with me. I'm very easy going, fun loving, a libra so fit into about any situation. Seize the Day, Leibe geits weite (sp)!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm trying to get through my bucket list. I've traveled to Germany, Italy, Austria, England, France, Canada, Mexico, Belize, Hawaii, Lake Tahoe, Niagra Falls, Grand Canyon, Colorado Rockies, California Coast, Virginia Coast, DC area, all over Florida, New York and many points in between. 52yrs of fun and adventure and keeping it up as long as I can. I'm 60 now! Yikes. Didn't do the CS thing last time we traveled and am traveling alone this time so it might be a little more easy to do this by myself. I have a large house in Lincoln, Nebraska and whoever may read this is always welcome at my house if you ever visit the STATES!
