A recent college graduate whose only plan for the time being involves a guitar. I haven't traveled outside of the USA at all. My guitar and I are ready to change that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I haven't yet experienced Couchsurfing, but am growing more and more eager every day to start experiencing. Most of my life has been spent in South Louisiana, and as much as I really love my homeland, I am equally as interested in learning to love others' homes as I love mine. If I have the opportunity to share a space in your house, I certainly hope that I can see a little into your heart and you can show me how to love your home.

Interests

Most of my time is devoted to becoming a better musician, songwriter, or music teacher. Recently, I've taken up a little bit of hiking, rock climbing, running, biking and swimming. I also learned how to water ski this summer! My horizons are expanding...

When I don't listen to The Cure, I will listen to songwriters like Ryan Adams or Laura Marling, rock bands like Pink Floyd or Weezer, classical composers like Mahler or Ravel, and funk bands like Snarky Puppy or Vulfpeck. I always enjoy a good night of live music.

I'm not sure what to say about my taste in movies. I feel like I haven't figured it out. I find myself re-watching the Lord of the Rings Trilogy most frequently.

Right now I'm watching Battlestar Galactica. I probably won't watch anything else until I finish all the seasons.
