Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

When in Tennessee…I have a 1 bedroom apartment with a pullout couch for guests at a resort style community. My place is situated on a beautiful lake with 2.5 miles of hiking trails only 200 yards out my door. We also have resort style pools, workout facilities and fire pits…it’s my little Zen hideaway. But, I occasionally work downtown on 5th and Broadway. A quick trip (or bus ride) brings you to THE corner in Nashville and am usually exploring music and events downtown.

When in Naples…My condo is 1.5 miles from 2 county and 1 state beaches, kayaking, paddle boarding and beautiful shopping areas. Have a boat so I spend lots of time on the water and exploring the 10,000 islands that surround our area. Most guest have enjoyed hanging out with my friends, the crazy adventures, beach parties, or late night pool and wine drinking episodes. Others have used my quite space to just breath and enjoy quietness. My community has a 27 hole golf course and resort style swing pools.
