About Me
I'm a young French worker actually travelling North America after a 6 month internship in Montréal.
I can be really nice with nice people and still try with not-nice people. I sometime live at night, but I'm as respectful as I can when I'm not home. Actually even when I'm home. I like live shows. That's my job, and when it's over, I just go to other shows.
I'd like to discover the outdoor places of north america. Since I've crossed the rockies, I'm impressed by the beauty and greatness of these landscapes. It almost conviced me to flew away from big cities. I really enjoy hiking in mountains and forest.
I'm not a hippie, a yuppie, a hipster, a tripster, a punk, a junk, or whatever you like or hate. I would just like to meet people on my travels to get into their culture.
Last thing : I know my profile says I'm fluent in english (cause "learning" seemed a bit like "beginner"), but I'm a natural born french, so ... Well, you know, french people and foreign languages ...
P.S : I'm really sorry I cannot host and haven't already done it. I'm actually learning a lesson in hospitality and generosity since the beginning of my trip, and be sure I'll host as soon as I'll find a new place to live in (I am in a transitional period of my life between Canada and France)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Never tried it before but right now I'm on my way from Calgary to LA, which is a good occasion. I've already had a few experiences on friends profiles.
I really like the fact that each time I've surfed people were more careful, friendly, and helpful than with paying BnBs. I guess that hosting and surfing for free gives a more human relationship than paying. It makes people grateful one to the other and leads to warmer relationships.
I don't know any of the cities I'll travel througt during my trip so I hope to be advised or even taken to discovery rides. But if you don't have time for this, I'll do it on my own. I'll just do what I can with what I'll have
That last sentence could be my "philosophy" too

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate...."
(Everything I'll say will look small next to this)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can talk and hear about books, movies, music or places to go for hours. Unless it's something you don't want to talk about. I'm not around to teach you boredom. I'll be glad to learn anything from my hosts
I can offer you a bit of my knowledge in terms of soundteching and a few tips I've learned from a friend about post-prod for photography
If you are interrested into learning French I can sure try although I don't really have any teaching skills
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can't offer much except if you need a soundtech. But I am clean, respectful, and willing to help. I can try or do every task you'll need me in. It is the smallest I can do for free housing ! I've been a dishwasher in restaurants and bars too, and I'm apparently good at it ..
