I welcome couch surfers from all over the world. I am a friendly and social guy who happily lend you a bed and take you places around my area, if our schedules sync.

All my couchsurfer experiences have been very good, some more adventurous than others. I work as chief executive in a municipality, so you’ll find me quite busy at times, but love to share time and chats with my guests when possible.

The subject I most of all love to talk about is my foundation and my charity child care work in Zululand in South Africa, and of course from my numerous trips there, but I’m even happy to talk about most things in life and to listen to your experiences.

At the moment I mostly host on weekends/extended weekends.

I have been bungy jumping twice and still feel proud about that. Sitting down in front of a cheetah and standing next to a huge elephant also strike me as quite amazing - it was to me!
