Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have hosted people from Germany, France, Bulgaria, England and elsewhere. I am constantly using Couchsurfing because it's the best way to find people, places and food that you wouldn't normally come across if traveling solo. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE My first summer surfing I surfed across the country with a band of five driving women and four hitchhiking men. We were hosted all over from Arizona to New York to Omaha to Boulder. As a group we've hosted boys from London, some dudes from Bulgaria, and a chick from Germany. Poland has rolled through and France has gotten down. We've taken people out dancing, drinking, on bike rides, beach trips, and to some of our best themed parties. I took advantage of CS while living in Mexico, traveling through Berlin, Prague, Hungary, and while working in Poland. I've met some great friends, eaten some fantastic food, found whack parties and walked the streets of neighborhoods I'll never forget.
