I'm here with an open mind and an open heart. I'd love to learn as much as possible about other cultures, other places, other peoples, and other animals/plants/beings on this planet.

I'm fortunate to have made many friends via CS and to have met my partner while traveling. We are a multi-cultural family. Our dog is hypoallergenic (poodle mix), smart, and well-behaved. We hope you’ll find him to be a good host, too.

Setting expectations for our guests, we like:
- cleanliness, respectfulness, kindness
- culture/language/history exchange, music, travel stories, sharing photos of trips and places
- food lovers; we love good food and utilize our kitchen often
- we do not live in the city of New York. We are the next town north of the Bronx. There is a commuter train operated by MetroNorth Railway Company that goes from our town to Grand Central Station often (25-35 minutes ride, depending on express vs normal train). We like the peace and quiet of living just outside the City while having decent access to it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to meet you and share the love of traveling with you. You are bringing me closer to another part of the world that I have not been to yet, or have been but would like to visit again. Such is the beauty of hospitality.
