Hello, my name is Tiffany. I am originally from amazing Denver, Colorado in the United States. Immediately following University, I landed my dream job in the corporate world. Fast forward 15 years and I finally realized that living what others may consider the "American Dream" was not my dream. So....I put in my notice at my office, sold everything I owned, and moved to South Korea to teach English. Best decision I've ever made and I love my new life and career! 

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My time in Korea has recently ended, and I am trying to travel for a year before I teach next in China. I am fortunate and excited to travel to new places, meet new people, and experience new cultures. I've been doing Workaways, yet, sometimes stuggle finding hosts in my desired locations. Hopefully between the two, I can financially keep traveling until my next teaching contract.

Interests

Being from Colorado, I think I was born with a love for nature. I enjoy doing anything outdoors, especially hiking and snowboarding. I have been fortunate to hike some amazing mountains while living in Korea. I also like spending my time participating in team sports. I was recently on a Gaelic Football Club and Ultimate Frisbee team.

I recently had the opportunity to watch two futbol matches at the World Cup in Russia.

I'm really relaxed and easy going. If you want to hang out or be left alone, I can easily go with the flow. I am clean and respectful, so I will always help clean up.
