ABOUT ME

I just relocated to Baltimore and am still becoming familiar with the area. I previously lived in Philadelphia and Annapolis,Md. I enjoy exploring the city, hiking and camping, live music and outdoor events, and meeting new people! My boyfriend, Derek, does not have a couchsurfing profile but you will see his face as much as you see mine if you stay at our place so I should tell you a little about him. I'm a little on the shy side, where he is not. He LOVES to talk, so I hope you do too! He is also very into music, so there may be impromptu jam sessions in the apartment if you are interested. We are both very laid back and easy going people who love travelling and meeting new people.

PHILOSOPHY

As cheesy as it may be my new philosophy is to live every day of my life as if it may be over the next.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't been involved as I'd like, but am hoping to meet up at local CS events and host someone soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I visited Portland for a few days, and although I did not stay with any couchsurfers I went out for a few meetups and met some very awesome people! Derek and I are planning a European trip in May '12 and are looking forward to using couchsurfing and getting to know the local culture of the cities we plan to visit.

I love any genre of movies and I listen to a lot of music, although my favorite band is Tool. I love reading but I seem to have trouble finishing books because I get side tracked very easily.
