a 10 day vipassana meditation retreat in silence

since then I have started meditating regularly and made some significant progress on myself. Personal Developement is something that I believe is key for sustainable happiness. That is why learning, working out and medidating have a central role in my life :)

next to studying I am a professional fitness instructor and from training plans to nutrition tips I can give a lot of advice.
So if requested, there’ll be some morning drills ;)

I‘m good at math, so I can help with completing taxes (just kidding)
but I actually like solving problems and I’m always ready to help whatever may come :)
