About Me

CURRENT MISSION

exploring the world!

ABOUT ME

I'm a young student who is doing his Masters in Computer Science at the Imperial College London. Prior, I studied Economics in Frankfurt, Germany and Tokio, Japan. I am interested in learning more about contemporary art and independent cinema. Let me know in your request in case you're knowledgeable in those fields.

PHILOSOPHY

"I am so busy doing nothing... that the idea of doing anything - which as you know, always leads to something - cuts into the nothing and then forces me to have to drop everything. " - Jerry Seinfeld

Jack of all trades, master of none.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am living in a small room in South Kensington. I am not sure if it is large enough to host people comfortably but we can definitely try!

Music, Movies, and Books

I really like Wes Anderson's and Wong Kar Wai's movies. My favorite German movies are "A Coffee in Berlin" and "Das Leben der Anderen". However, I like to watch all kind of movies and have a long list of movies which I have to watch - let's watch some together!
My favorite book is "No longer human" by Osamu Dazai - you should definitely check it out. My favorite Photographers are Arashi, Ren Hang and Sugimoto (I have no idea about photography and only know super mega famous photographers).
I am interested in contemporary art, but don't know much about it. That doesn't stop me from frequently going to museums though!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Japan without a plan after graduating from high school, enrolled into a language school and worked part-time as a dishwasher to support my expensive life style.

Teach, Learn, Share

Apart from the languages I speak I wouldn't consider myself an expert in anything - I am trying to find something which I can become an expert in. Let's make some Youtube videos if you like?
