Interests
Food is very important to me so I'm always up for sharing time in the kitchen.
Enjoy hiking, swimming, walking (urban/rural).
I would like to start skateboarding again. It was a big part of my childhood and It's been a few years since I've touched my board. Let's find a local spot and get (mildly) injured.

Music, Movies, and Books
Listening - Always exploring. Lots of jazz and ambient recently as there is lots of both in Copenhagen.
Watching - Not much recently, so recommendations are welcome. I tend to gravitate towards Spanish-language stuff these days as a way to bridge my growing disconnect from Hispanic culture as I live in northern Europe.
Reading - Mostly around microbiology and environmental/medical anthropology
